The room smelled bad. The tv was stuck on one channel. The refrigerator sounded like it was growling. When the people upstairs walked around it sounded like they were jumping on a squeaky bed. I checked out at 11:00pm and drove an hour and a half home. The front desk staff were very nice.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight and a fantastic value for money. The staff here are some of the nicest and kindest I’ve ever encountered, making our stay truly memorable. The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, meeting our expectations for a comfortable stay. For the price, this hotel definitely deserves a five-star review. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers seeking excellent service!

Parking was convenient. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical and okay but still good.

Thank God for Quality Inn. The hotel we were suppose to stay at called the morning of our trip to cancel our reservation because their elevator went out and their ADA accessible rooms were on the second floor.
Only down fall with Quality Inn is their suites are on the second floor and elevator is small. One person and my dad In his wheelchair barely fit.

My husband and I travel for his business quite frequently and this hotel was just what we were looking for. Close to his current job, comfortable bed, good hot breakfast options (the hostess was awesome)! Additionally, they have guest laundry services available which allowed me to go home with clean clothes for a change and the Manager on Duty on Monday May 20th was so very helpful. The night desk clerk was also very helpful when we checked in. Everything was clean and welcoming a very good choice when visiting the Springfield area we will be back!

Staff was friendly and accommodating even with late check out. Breakfast was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Bathrooms could have been a little more tidy and the but the pool was dirty but had heavy use.

2 Queen Suit was nice, but bathroom very small andcouldnot share space with my spouse at all. Upgrades needed.
